About Deborah Hammett
Author Deborah Hammett is a seasoned educator from Martha's Vineyard who retired and transformed her life. At sixty, she learned to sail, bought a 36 foot boat, and single-handedly sailed to the Exumas and back. With all the clarity and enthusiasm of an elementary school teacher and principal, she shares her comical adventures so that you, too may learn to face your fears, learn from your mistakes, and take big risks for big rewards.
